Carole has been an invaluable member of the Walmsley Dental team for over 35 years. During her time with us, she has seen many positive changes and improvements in the services and care we offer, all while maintaining her unwavering commitment to providing excellent patient service. As our friendly and welcoming receptionist, Carole is often the first point of contact for our patients and is well-known for her warm and personable nature. Her exceptional ability to connect with patients and make them feel at ease has earned her a special place in their hearts—many patients have shared how much they appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude.

Carole’s dedication to ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk is integral to the success of the practice. Whether it’s managing appointments, answering patient inquiries, or offering a calming presence, Carole’s role goes far beyond administrative tasks—she truly helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Outside of work, Carole enjoys spending time outdoors, especially going for walks. She also loves socialising with friends and family, making the most of her free time to connect with those around her.
