Invisalign® clear aligners
We offer Invisalign® clear aligners alongside SureSmile® and fixed braces. Invisalign cases are mainly treated by Dr Edward Walmsley. Aligner treatment is from £3,500, or £4,500 for more complex cases, and starts with a £50 consultation, redeemable against treatment.

How long does Invisalign take?
Most cases finish in 6–12 months. Mild cases can be done in as little as 3–4 months; complex cases may need 18+ months.
What's the difference between Invisalign and SureSmile?

Will clear aligners affect my speech?
Most patients adjust within 1–2 days. After that there's no noticeable impact on speech, eating, or daily life.
Are clear aligners right for me?
Clear aligners suit most mild-to-moderate cases. We'll take an iTero® scan at your consultation and show you the projected outcome before you commit.
Do you do fixed metal and ceramic braces in-house?
Yes — Dr Emma Walmsley personally places complex fixed metal and ceramic braces for both adults and children. Most cases can be treated here at the practice; if yours needs a referral, we'll explain why at your consultation.
Can I have orthodontics on the NHS?
Adult orthodontics is generally private. Children's orthodontics may qualify on the NHS based on clinical need — see our Children's Braces page.
Do you offer payment plans?
0% finance available on all treatments over £1,000, subject to standard credit approval.
What if my teeth move back after treatment?
Your aligner price includes 3D-printed retainers. Wear them as advised and your result is for life.
