First class experience, from the receptionist to the dentist could not have been better. My wife and I both have checkups and treatment, the Dentist Hannah and her assistant are both friendly and professional. The appointment was right on time and the treatment was painless and caring. The new modern surgery is a pleasant air conditioned place with all the latest equipment and facilities. I recently visited the dentist to discuss composite bonding, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Ed explained everything in detail, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I fully understood the process and what to expect.I felt completely at ease throughout the consultation and never felt rushed. Been with them all my life, Always been great. Very pleased today visit, been having ongoing treatment on wisdom tooth that became infected over weekend, rang yesterday, got me in 10am today n managed to extract the tooth right away.Aftercare is always brilliant too, if have any issues with a tooth they worked on, they will immediatly get to ir resolved, whether its explaining it a natural part of recovery or fixing the issue

Lovely dental practice. Eva such a lovely dentist as is her dental nurse. Make you feel calm and relaxed. Spotlessly clean too.. I will carry on attending this practice in the future. Been a patient for many years as are all my family

My first time visiting this practice, as I am new to the area. Dee welcomed me with a big smile, was very professional and patient with me, and is very knowledgeable.For me personally I did not like the loud radio in reception, as this exacerbated my anxiety whilst waiting. I was also surprised that treatment deposits are required, perhaps this is normal for Manchester.However my main criteria was that I saw a kind and professional dentist, and this was certainly met, so happy to give five stars.

Over the last few months I’ve had to have a couple of extractions and a new denture. I’m quite a nervous person and suffer bad anxiety. My appointments were with Mr Dipak Basi and his lovely assistant, who made me feel at ease and explained everything before starting. And gave exceptional service and care.
