At Walmsley Dental, a warm welcome and a happy smile await all our patients.
As a practice, we’ve been serving the community and welcoming patients, both old and new, for nearly 40 years. With such a longstanding history, we’re proud to be part of such a thriving and vibrant community and to have helped so many people find their way to a happier, healthier smile.
Since taking over from his dad Stephen Walmsley in 2022, Edward and Emma have continued to provide the family-friendly, caring, and compassionate service our patients are used to. We are truly honoured to have such an outstanding reputation in the area and love being able to build such long-term, meaningful relationships with our patients.
Our close-knit team is skilled at putting patients at ease and creating a relaxed and friendly environment in which anyone can feel at home. We’re also adept when it comes to dentistry, providing everyday preventative care such as your regular check-ups alongside more complex treatments such as root canals and dental implants. On top of this, we’re dedicated to helping our patients achieve their smile goals with cosmetic dentistry treatments and offer a comprehensive range of orthodontic treatments from Invisalign® to fixed braces, as well as composite bonding, teeth whitening, veneers, and full smile makeovers.
Recently renovated, we now have five fully equipped surgeries as well as a digital scanner and OPG/CT machine. With this increased space and cutting-edge equipment, we’re able to create the most enjoyable and comfortable patient experience possible. This is also reflected in the practice’s new Scandi-inspired look, with clean lines and soothing neutral tones helping to create an environment and atmosphere you’ll want to return to again and again.

Our Cosmetic Treatments
Composite Bonding — from £350 per tooth. The fastest, most affordable smile transformation. Tooth-coloured resin sculpted in a single visit. A six-tooth front smile makeover is typically £1,800–£2,400. Repairable, reversible, lasts 5–8 years.
Porcelain Veneers — from £750 per tooth. Custom-made shells bonded to the front of your teeth. More durable, completely stain-proof, 10–15+ years lifespan. Lab-fabricated from a precise 3D digital scan once you've approved the hand-sculpted trial smile. A full smile (8–10 veneers) is typically £6,000–£7,500.
Composite Veneers — a halfway point between bonding and porcelain. Sculpted by hand in the chair like bonding, but applied as a full veneer for a more dramatic transformation than edge bonding alone.
Teeth Whitening — £350. Custom-fitted home-whitening trays with professional-strength gel. Two weeks of nightly use, results in 5–7 days. The natural starting point for any smile makeover.
