Before entering the world of dentistry, I first qualified as a ski instructor with the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance in Lake Louise, Canada.
My love for science then led me to complete a degree in Biology at the University of Manchester, before pursuing my passion for healthcare and dentistry.
I began my dental career by graduating with distinction as a Dental Therapist from the University of Leeds, and went on to further my education at Peninsula Dental School, where I achieved an Honours Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS).
My postgraduate training started at Newcastle Dental Hospital, where I worked across a wide range of specialities, including oral surgery, restorative dentistry, and paediatric dentistry. These experiences provided me with a strong foundation in clinical skills before I returned home to take over my father’s dental practice. Since then, I have extended, modernised, and developed Walmsley Dental, continuing his legacy while shaping the practice into the forward-thinking, patient-focused clinic it is today.
I have a particular passion for implant dentistry and smile design. I have completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Implant Dentistry, as well as the prestigious Ultimate Full-Arch Immediate Load Course with Dr. Adel Ali, which has enabled me to offer advanced implant treatments. In cosmetic dentistry, I love helping patients achieve their dream smiles and have undertaken the Totally Aesthetics Diploma in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry, with expertise in veneers, composite bonding, and full smile makeovers.
What drives me is combining science, artistry, and precision to deliver dentistry that not only restores function but also transforms confidence.
Outside of dentistry, I still have a passion for the outdoors – especially skiing – but my greatest satisfaction comes from helping patients smile with pride.

Composite Bonding — from £350 per tooth. The fastest, most affordable smile transformation. Tooth-coloured resin sculpted in a single visit. A six-tooth front smile makeover is typically £1,800–£2,400. Repairable, reversible, lasts 5–8 years.
Porcelain Veneers — from £750 per tooth. Custom-made shells bonded to the front of your teeth. More durable, completely stain-proof, 10–15+ years lifespan. Lab-fabricated from a precise 3D digital scan once you've approved the hand-sculpted trial smile. A full smile (8–10 veneers) is typically £6,000–£7,500.
Composite Veneers — a halfway point between bonding and porcelain. Sculpted by hand in the chair like bonding, but applied as a full veneer for a more dramatic transformation than edge bonding alone.
